Best World Entertainment is a world talent booking agency created by its owner, Vladimir Sergeev. The agency commenced business on December 5, 2007 in St. George, Utah.  Prior to this date, Vladimir Sergeev, formerly of Belarus (Eastern Europe) worked for several years as a free lance journalist, interviewer, photographer, and public relations manager. His photos and interviews with performing artists from Eastern Europe and the USA were published in various newspapers and magazines in both Belarus and Russia. He has received considerable praise and notice for his creative and innovative interviewing style. During this time Vladimir also served as a public relations manager for the highly successful group “Salsa Boys”. This group is based in Moscow, Russia and is considered one of the best Russian interactive Latin American shows.

Best World Entertainment works with a variety of performing artists from all over the world.  Many of these artists are names recognized worldwide, while other artists perform mostly on a local level.
